Michael Duckett is an Anglican minister in Greater South-Western Sydney and is also a Dunghutti man from the North Coast of New South Wales.

He also is a warm, considered person who is up for a chat. Immediately with Michael, you get the sense he would love a yarn with anyone and he’s not just being polite – he’s interested.

With the annual convergence of National Sorry Day and Reconciliation Week at the end of May, Michael joined Hope Mornings and spoke about how these potent occasions impact him.

On the fifth anniversary of Uluru Statement from the Heart, Michael shared what this document means to him.

He also offered words of biblical wisdom about where true reconciliation is found.
