Shire Playtime Group For Mums and Bubs – Caringbah
Playtime group is held every Wednesday during school term for children aged 0-5 years and their mums or carers. You can expect a lot of toys for the kids to play, new friendships, singing, and teaching children stories from the Bible. This is also a warm and friendly environment for mums to come and support and care for one another.
Morning tea is provided for the mums and carers.
Please bring morning tea for your children.
Admission is a gold coin donation, with no pre registration necessary.

Join in over two nights as Jo facilitates a conversation about leadership in the church in the 21st century.
Thursday night (25 July) is at Northside Community Church for young adults. We’ll focus on identity and stepping into all God has called you to be.
Friday (26 July) at Morling College is for all leaders and all those who will step into leadership in the future. The morning will focus on building healthy leadership cultures and growing healthy leaders. The afternoon will focus on the importance of investing in female leaders.

WEC First Step Teen Camp 2019 – Morisset
WEC First Step Teen camps are immersive weekend experiences where everything is aimed at helping introduce you to the concept of cross-cultural mission, for years 9–12.
We eat weird and wonderful food from around the world, and throw ourselves into activities and games that will challenge you and the way you see the world. We will also explore the needs of people are around the world, and we will spend time engaging in prayer for the nations.

Father School was established to encourage Fathers to become holy and pure men, shepherds of their families and leaders of the Church, and to spiritually transform society in Christ.
We believe that rebuilding strong and healthy families will inevitably transform our communities and world for the better. It starts with us. Father School helps men discover and reclaim this role as leader and shepherd of the household and unify their families in Christ.

Church Event: Heritage Service – Roseville
St Luke’s Presbyterian Church, Roseville, will be holding their Annual Heritage Service.
The Knox Grammar School Pipe Band will be providing music prior to and after the service on the lawns of the Church. The Clan Societies of NSW have been invited but this service is a dedication to all people who have connections with any overseas country but have now made Australia their home.
We also recognise the contribution Roseville Presbyterian Church has made to the local community during the last 100 years. Morning tea will be provided at the conclusion of the service. All people are most welcome to attend.

Theology Event: Is God green? – Newtown
Environmentalism is now a normal and mainstream part of our culture. But how should we think about environmentalism as Christians? What does the Bible say about this? Does God care about the world and what we do with it? Is God green?
Moore College lecturer Lionel Windsor has recently written a book called “Is God Green?”, and in this CCL event, he’ll introduce us to what the Bible says about the environment, where the world is headed, and what we should do about it in the here and now.
Church Event: Christianity Explored course – Baulkham Hills
Holy Trinity Baulkham Hills is running the Christianity Explored course in term 3. It’s an opportunity for anyone keen to investigate the claims of Jesus, through the words of the Gospel of Mark.

Church Event: Spiritual Development for all Pupils – Middleton Grange
As Christian schools, we should surely be concerned for the spiritual development of ALL our pupils in our classrooms. But what does this mean given the increasing diversity of Western societies and the increasing numbers of young people who identify as non-religious or, indeed, are just apathetic about religion?
Even those pupils who come from Christian homes may hold a variety of positions themselves, or indeed be very confused about their own religious identity.
In this event, Professor Trevor Cooling will lead participants in an exploration through lecture and workshop of how the Gospel is best shared in this context. Please register online.

Encounter is a single-day event designed for women of all ages. The theme for 2019 is “Enter that Rest.” At Encounter, women are able to experience the fullness of a multi-day women’s conference, in one day.
Key Speaker – Ps Katherine Ruonala. Katherine and her husband, Tom, are the founders and Senior Ministers of Glory City Church Brisbane. Katherine carries a strong prophetic and miracle anointing.
