The Search – Revesby

What is that deep longing in our hearts all about? We’re all living for something, and we all strive for that something out there that is ultimately going to make us happy. But what is it? For some, this question is on their minds every day. For others, life goes by in a flash without even asking those important questions.

Each week we will look at the questions like: Who are we? What is our Story? Who is Jesus? as we eat, listen and share together.

Are you ready for…. The Search? Join us at St Luke’s Parish Revesby.

Dealing with sin – Newtown

Sin is a threat and problem to our lives and communities. But how are we to deal with sin? We hide it in our own lives, and we are quick to judge it in the lives of others, but this only makes things worse.

At this event, Chris Conyers, Moore College Lecturer in New Testament, will explore how the Gospel enables us to deal with sin together and how we can continue to grow in Christ, putting sin to death.

This event will be run in person (with limited tickets to comply with COVID-19 guidelines) and via livestream.
