It’s a space where support can be thin and loneliness thick.
That’s exactly what led Andrew Cameron to launch 360 Faith—an initiative designed to bring young adult Christians together for discipleship, connection, and meaningful community.
“Youth ministry tends to have a lot of resources and events… but there’s not very much at all for young adults,” Andrew shared.
“So I wanted to step out and do something about that.”
360 Faith is interdenominational by design.

“It’s a ministry looking to bring young adult Christians together… beyond the walls of our churches,” he said.

160 young adults from 16 churches and six denominations gathered in southern Sydney.
“It was such a positive vibe,” Andrew said.
“The feedback was really encouraging. Young adults do want to connect with each other.”

The next 360 Faith gathering is scheduled for Saturday, 31st May from 4pm–9pm at Inaburra.
It promises even more opportunities for connection, with afternoon sessions, food trucks, worship, and guest speakers.
The theme? Together: the hope of Christian community in a messy world.
“In Gen Z we see the highest rates of loneliness of any of the generations,” said Andrew.
“People are hungry for connection and community. And I think as Christians, we have a unique and hopeful answer for that.”

He added, “The afternoon session will be about forming Christian community in our workplaces.
“The evening session will explore community in our neighbourhoods and churches.”
Looking ahead, Andrew hopes 360 Faith will grow beyond southern Sydney.
“I’d love to see other regions across Sydney and NSW say, ‘Hey, we’d like to do that too’… 360 Faith could be a way we connect, equip, and encourage young adults together.”
