In the bid to build better relationships, often we feel a need to externalise our priorities, and look at what we can do for others to move forward. This is good, but not always as good a place to start as we think it might be.

In his final part in the Relationship series on The Switch, Life Coach Jaemin Frazer emphasises our need to first work out where we stand with ourselves, so we can better interact with others.

He suggests that as we give attention to the state of our personal health and confidence, we can then work on encouraging it in others.
