Excitement is building at Hope 103.2 for the launch of our very own news service in 2019, with three journalists now on the team, including Anita Savage, our Hope News Director, at the helm.
Anita has been a foreign correspondent in Washington DC, an anchor for American news outlet CNN, and news reader and senior journalist for ABC TV and Radio. So she seemed like a good candidate for Sam & Duncan’s new segment Lifting the Lid.
Anita shared with the boys what it’s like to be a journalist, and the story she worked on that’s impacted her most.
