Consider Christ this Easter

Just as at Christmas time, Easter is a season with a deep and profound reason.

More than simply a public holiday, Easter marks the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ – the cornerstone of the Christian faith, and the very person our eternal salvation rests upon.

As Jesus was led to be executed, He had you and I on His mind and on His heart, knowing full well that it was only through His sacrifice that the power of sin would be put to death, allowing us to be made righteous and know our Father and Creator – God.

So, over this weekend, why not take some time to ponder the impact of Christ on your life, and the freedom that His death and resurrection made possible.
