For decades, Paul Grimmond has battled with anxiety. At one point, he had to be hospitalised.

Along with this internal struggle, Paul has helped many people with their own experiences of anxiety, depression and similar mental health issues.

As a pastor, he supported local congregations before working at Moore Theological College in Sydney.

Paul’s new book, When The Noise Won’t Stop, seeks to combine the lived reality of anxiety with what God’s Word says about it.

As he told Hope Mornings, we might be shocked – and comforted – to discover how the Bible actually deals with anxiety.

BONUS: Hear Paul discuss whether God hears our everyday concerns below.
