He started playing in a little Brisbane band called Bay City Union. Then came The Master’s Apprentices, the so-called Rolling Stones of Australia.

His experiences in those bands led him to hang up the bass guitar and take on the role he’s best known for today: manager of the stars. Little River Band, Delta Goodrem and, of course, John Farnham have all had his managerial touch.

Glenn Wheatley has had much success. And, in recent times, some failure. After being convicted for tax fraud, Wheatley spent some time in gaol, an experience he says has “changed his values dramatically”.
