In 2011 Leigh Hatcher had a chance to catch up with John Kirkby, a visionary man who in 1996 founded Christians Against Poverty. The Christian charity is now changing lives around the world through its budgeting courses, and debt counseling service – linking people with both support to get of debt, as well as the love of God.

Leigh Hatcher is a veteran Australian broadcast journalist with more than four decades of experience in radio and television. He has served as a correspondent and presenter with networks including Seven and Sky News, reported from the Canberra press gallery, and is the author of several books including the bestseller I’m Not Crazy, I’m Just a Little Unwell.
