Living through a pandemic can derail the positivity of even the most optimistic optimist.

As restrictions ease, you still might be finding it hard to see the brighter sides of life, but Sydney school teacher Clare Dorey has a simple suggestion.

Clare started to do something this year that has changed her outlook.

Lockdown did not crush this daily practice. Instead, it helped her get through.

Clare spoke with Hope Afternoons about the power and significance of keeping a gratitude journal.
