Church Friends Covered $11,000 Surgery – Generosity Daphne “Still Can’t Fathom”

Daphne has. The Mount Druitt mum has had long-standing health battles. She has also known the enduring pain of relationships which are not as close or uplifting as they should be.

Recovering from double foot surgery, Daphne spoke with Hope Afternoons about something she is still trying to process.

Before her expensive operation, she was unsure how she would pay the $11,000 bill. Then, her friends from church offered to cover the cost. In full.

They told her that God had put it on their heart to help out.

Such incredible generosity is something Daphne “still can’t fathom”. But this is not the first time Daphne has received support from God, through other people.
