When Jesus walked the earth, He communicated in many different ways. 

He preached to great crowds and chatted with people one-on-one. He spoke in parables and drew pictures in the dirt. And he also asked questions.The Bible tells of many such moments.

At times, Jesus posed questions that were unnerving and confronting. Other times, it seems, he was just plain curious: He genuinely wanted to know what was on people’s minds.
