National Sales Account Manager

Full-Time, Seven Hills

The Organisation:

Media Sales Australia (MSA), an initiative of Hope Media, is a media representation company serving Christian radio, television, print and online outlets across Australia, providing a platform for clients to reach a national audience, including regional and remote areas.

The Opportunity:

Due to career progression within the organisation, we are looking for an experienced National Sales Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity, located at our Western Sydney office, is ideal for someone with a heart for our mission to impact people with experiences of God’s love, as this position will play a key role in assisting Christian radio stations around the country to achieve their missions.

Working in a professional environment, you will also bring your own professional sales experience to the role, including successful achievement of KPIs and the ability to foster long-term stakeholder relationships.

The role involves:
  • Working alongside the national team to identify new on-air sponsorship revenue from local and national businesses, advertising agencies and not-for-profit organisations
  • Managing and develop current relationships with sponsors
  • Working with Christian radio stations to negotiate attractive packages for sponsors
  • Representing the organisation at sponsor/business related functions and promotions both during and outside normal business hours
The Essentials:
  • 4 years’ experience in sales in radio or media agency
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Be organised, intentional, persistent, and resilient
  • Be highly motivated and thrive with limited supervision
  • Have experience in territory sales and/or cold-calling skills
  • Able to work with remote stakeholders
  • And, a firm belief in the Mission and Purpose of Hope Media

Partnership Coordinator

Part-Time, Seven Hills

The Opportunity:


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Partnership Coordinator to provide administrative support and engage in frontline communication to help develop and grow our relationships with key supporter groups within our Hope 103.2 Community.
This rare role, located at our Seven Hills office, is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for connecting people with the mission and purpose of Hope Media. It is suitable for someone with a heart for people and their needs, who believes in the value of prayer and sees the importance of partnerships with churches and other organisations.  This flexible opportunity will be part time, with hours and days negotiated with the successful candidate (min. 30hrs/week over 4-5 days). It requires someone who has a commitment to the Hope values: Be humble, Be real, Be all-in.

The Role Involves:
  • Providing support and care for our partners and supporters through phone and email communication.
  • Coordinating and helping to develop our regular giving program and church partnership program.
  • Coordinating prayer requests and facilitating the growth of our prayer ministry.
  • Curating and coordinating the development of content for our bi annual devotional publication.
  • Maintaining our CRM system.
  • Conducting relationship calls to further grow and strengthen the Hope 103.2 supporter base.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • Minimum 2 years previous customer service and administration experience within a professional office environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable (eg Marketing, Fundraising).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong administration and project management skills.
  • High level of organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

Radio, digital and online platforms are an attractive and effective connection for sponsors with a dedicated listener base. Our friendly and dedicated sales team partner with a growing list of sponsors to create mutually attractive sponsorship opportunities.

The Role Involves:
