Flooding continues to affect many areas of the south-eastern parts of the country, with the Central West towns of Forbes, Eugowra and Cowra among those most affected.
Images of devastation have made headlines across the country, but as the waters start to recede the massive task of cleaning up and rebuilding commences.
Convoy of Hope Australia is one of the organisations on the ground working with partners within these communities to supply food hampers, clean up assistance and essential supplies to communities in Central West NSW.
Hope Breakfast duo Ally and Brendan caught up with Joel A’Bell from Convoy of Hope to talk about how the organisation is assisting, what the needs are and how we can all play a part in helping these communities rebuild.
“Look up, don’t look down,” Joel said.
“Know that God hasn’t left you.”
