Australia Post Vehicles – The Key to Better Mobile Reception?

‘Tis the season to be jolly – and it’s also the season for Australia Post to go into overdrive, adding delivering everyone’s Christmas presents on their to-do list and they’ll be tasked with something quite different – improving Australia’s mobile reception.

Geoff Quattromani from the Technology Uncorked podcast spoke to Hope Drive about the Australian Government’s bold new plan for better phone coverage.

Australia Post vehicles are to be fitted with machines that monitor black spots throughout the country, which will then inform where new phone towers need to be placed.
