Listen: Morling College principal Ross Clifford talks to Georgia Free about their scholarship program
Morling College is located in Sydney and has a mission of “Equipping and shaping Christ-centred followers to impact the world”. They have recently announced a scholarship program of $1 million over the next five years – aiming to assist between 40–50 students attend Morling without financial burden.
Ross Clifford, principal of Morling College, spoke to Hope 103.2 about his hopes for reaching the marginalised through the program.
“For people who have really got a passion, and want to reach people for Jesus… this will at least give people an opportunity to apply for the scheme,” Ross said.
He also shared about the importance of recognising God’s blessings on Morling, and the program being a way to return those blessings back to the community.
“God has blessed us with resources and it’s appropriate that we seek to share that back with those that are studying with us for the advancement and commitment of the Kingdom.” Ross said.
