Help Keep Sydney’s Homeless Warm this Winter

It's a cold Sydney winter for the cities homeless population. So with our partners Parramatta Mission and Wesley Mission we're asking you to donate Winter Woolies this July. Find out how you can help make winter a little warmer.

Winter has hit Sydney hard, no one more than the homeless and those sleeping rough in our community. Hope 103.2 has partnered with Parramatta Mission and Wesley Mission to provide some winter essentials through the Winter Woolies campaign.

Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) report homelessness has increased by 37% in NSW, more than double the national average, and rates of homelessness for young people aged 19-24 increasing by 92%.

Let’s Help Sydney’s Homeless

Fuelled by the release of this new research, and in discussion with our partners at Parramatta Mission and Wesley Mission, we’ve identified some easy to get (or make) items that are commonly requested over winter and will be very helpful to those homeless or sleeping rough over winter.

Send Your Winter Woolies Now | Collection closes Friday 27th July

Start collecting and sending in your Winter Woolies to Hope 103.2 from Monday 2nd July. We will be collecting Winter Woolies across July, then all the items collected will then be given to Parramatta Mission & Wesley Mission on Monday 30th July, in time for them to be given out when they’re needed most.
