Dan and Laura rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into farm life this week, by broadcasting their show live from Calmsley Hill City Farm at Abbotsbury.
From sheep herding to milking cows, rafting to quad biking, collecting eggs to talking with the animals, they were keen to learn all the skills of being a farmer.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing for these two, who are more accustomed to the comfort of a radio studio in the early hours of the morning.
While Dan didn’t require an ambulance, he did learn the hard and painful way that sheep herding is not equivalent to rugby tackling.
And Laura may need some counselling after upsetting the cow she was trying to milk.
