RadioActive coach Luke HoltAbout Luke Holt, RadioActive Course Coach

Luke has been “RadioActive” since 2001 when as a youth minister in Toowoomba he started doing a Thursday night show, embarrassingly called Chuppa Time (so named because his head looked like a half sucked Chuppa Chup).

As the Program Director of 89.9 LightFM in Melbourne for nearly six years Holt led a team that more than doubled the listening audience, before moving to take on the same challenge on the Gold Coast’s Juice107.3 for the past three years.

In that time the team has quadrupled in size and is really starting to rattle some cages in Gold Coast radio.

Since that starting point in 2001 Holt learned and developed and has spent the past fourteen years working in numerous radio roles, including:

– Breakfast personality
– Music Director
– Sports show host
– Correspondent at the London Olympics, Melbourne Commonwealth Games, ODI cricket
– Project Developer covering Germany FIFA Football World Cup
– Talk show host
– Content Director / Program Director / Director of Connection
