For many years, Hope 103.2 listeners have experienced the frustration of their radio signal cutting out when driving through the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.  The problem began in 2005 when the last commercial radio station launched and there were not enough re-transmitters in the tunnel to cater for all Sydney radio stations. Unfortunately the 103.2 FM signal was replaced by the new commercial station.

Listeners were disappointed that they could no longer hear Hope 103.2 in the tunnel and many contacted us as to what could be done.  Initially we needed to work through some financial constraints, but as these were resolved, it became more of a technical upgrade problem that needed to be addressed.

The good news is that after 9 years of persistence and working with the Harbour Tunnel Authority, we are happy to announce that Hope 103.2 is back on the air in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.

So you can now tune your car radio to 103.2 on your FM dial, and relax knowing that your Sydney Harbour Tunnel drive will be uninterrupted and filled with Hope!
