Listen: Richenda Vermeulen chats to Laura Bennett.
Richenda Vermeulen was working in a dream job with World Vision, when she decided to leave – and dive head-first into starting her own digital communications agency.
Her motivation came out of watching too many digital agencies serve only themselves, instead of truly getting their hands dirty in serving their clients. And so she named her business according to one of her strongest values: “Ntegrity”.
Now leading the way in its field, Ntegrity works with companies and non-profits, helping them to get their message right. She’ll be speaking about her work on Saturday, July 6, at the Living Justice event in Sydney, hosted by Micah Australia, alongside Tim Costello and Christine and Nick Caine.
In this interview with Laura Bennett, Richenda talks about why she started her agency, what non-profits are getting wrong about telling their story, and how she manages both business and family.
