Amnesty International have campaigned for 40 years to end the death penalty. Their latest research report has some signs. However, Amnesty’s Rose Kulak says they are deeply concerned about thousands of executions the Chinese authorities try to hide from scrutiny under the guise of ‘state secrets’.
