Every year, thousands of generous Hope 103.2 listeners pack a shoebox full of gifts to send to children around the world who would otherwise not receive a present this Christmas.
Since 1990, more than 77 million children in more than 130 countries have received a shoebox filled with presents, thanks to donors like you, all over the world.
And this year, Hope 103.2’s Katrina Roe shared the amazing experience of delivering shoeboxes to children in Papua New Guinea. Together with Samaritan’s Purse, Katrina followed the shoebox of one our listeners and delivered it into the hands of a very special child.
However, it’s not just about the delight that a gift can bring to a small child. Operation Christmas Child also allows local partners on the ground to connect with families and communities, to build relationships and discover the needs of that community. So it’s far more than just a moment of joy for a child, as worthy as that is. It’s also a chance to change lives for the better.
Thanks for your partnership with Operation Christmas Child and Hope 103.2!
