Do you ever find yourself wondering about etiquette when you’re out and about? Do you sometimes feel indignant when somebody rams their trolley in front of you at the supermarket checkout? When people aren’t courteous to us, we notice. But are we always thoughtful in our behaviour towards others when we’re out and about?

But as Ita points out, good manners are really all about respect and consideration for others.
