While it may not be the case for all of us, it would be safe to assume that for many, an average day at work or even at home, involves dealing with with someone we find a little difficult.

For whatever reason our personalties just clash, or they dont seem to ever understand what we’re trying to communicate – despite how clearly we feel we’re putting across our message.

It may even be a stranger in the street, or a disgruntled shop assistant that just gets us off side.

Whatever the circumstance, there is a way to manage those moments, and positively deal with each of the difficult people that come your way.
