You could be forgiven for thinking that to be a great Christian leader, you have to be an extrovert.
Many pastors, preachers, youth ministers and worship leaders at least in contemporary church circles have outgoing, charismatic personalities.
So what happens to the introverts? When church is a loud, boisterous celebration, where do the quiet, contemplative souls go? And, is it possible to have an introverted personality and be a spiritual leader?
Well apparently it is possible, because Adam McHugh, author of “Introverts in the Church”, is one of them.
