There is no denying the last few months have been tough for the majority of Australians, but it has been especially tough on our young people, according to a new report.

The report from Mission Australia and Black Dog Institute shows that one in four young people are experiencing psychological distress from the pandemic.

Joanne Beames, researcher and psychologist from the Black Dog Institute, spoke to Hope 103.2 to tell us how we could better support young people through the pandemic, and beyond.
