Part of our everyday life now, wherever we go in New South Wales, is “checking in”.
Get out your phone, scan the QR code and send off your details via the Service NSW app.
But, wait. What if you don’t have a smartphone or you are not comfortable using the Service NSW app?
Service NSW has created a COVID-19 check-in card that you can take with you and present when required.
The COVID-19 check-in card is a hard-copy card that you can print out at home or request from Service NSW via Australia Post.
You can register online for the card, which has a unique QR code linked to your personal contact details, including name and phone number.
When you enter a business or venue that requires each customer to check in, a staff member will scan your card to record your visit.
If the business or venue is unable to read you QR code, details of your visit will be manually recorded.
