The easing of COVID-19 restrictions has been met with much relief, joy and enthusiasm, but life after lockdown might also have proved a challenge for you.

Whether it is business stress or caution about leaving your house, many of us are struggling with some degree of post-lockdown anxiety.

Alison Leader is Communications Manager at South Eastern Community Connect (SECC), a social service based at Mascot that helps people with food insecurity and other issues.

Alison not only noticed post-lockdown anxiety in SECC’s clients; she realised it was impacting her.

Alison spoke with Hope Afternoons about the three strategies she came up with to battle how she was feeling.
