Why you need to be fat

However, as you consider how you’re going to lose those extra 5, 10, or 50 kilos, have you ever thought about why they were there in the first place?

It’s safe to say most of us would know diet and exercise are a key component of weight loss, but less of us acknowledge the psychological attachment to our weight, and even our ‘need to be fat’.

In the first in his new Health series, Life Coach Jaemin Frazer suggests a reassessment of our internal struggles, may in fact help us deal wih our external ones.
