Throughout the pandemic, smartphones have become an entertainment lifeline and an essential tool to stay connected with loved ones.

But this month – Mental Health Month –  it’s important to consider the things that boost our mental wellbeing, not harm it.

Geoff Quattromani from the Technology Uncorked podcast ditched his smartphone for a few weeks. He shared his experience on Hope Breakfast and how his attention was more focused, and his time more productive.
