Nike Run & Training Club apps
In the Nike Run Club app, there are run options for all levels of fitness and mood, and you’ll be guided by a Nike running coach. The Nike Training Club app has a huge variety of workouts, with and without exercise equipment required. The best part — both of these apps are forever (that we know of) free!

Their H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are targeted at all fitness levels and they’re promising a 30-day free trial
