As we near the end of yet another year, for alot of us there is a looming awareness of the fresh possibilities the new year brings.  

When we start too look ahead, and reflect on the year that’s been, it’s hard not to think of a few things you’d like to better, stop doing entrirely, or maybe begin doing for the first time.

…here enters our ‘New Years Resolutions’ – a long, short, or ‘somewhere-inbetween’ list of all our hopes and goals for the brand new year.

Before you begin to write yours though, OPen House’ resident psycholgist Lyn Worsley has some helpful tips on how to make a list you can actually achieve, why we are writing a list in the first place, and also what kinds of things should be on there.
