It’s ironic to think that one of Jesus Christ’s greatest teachings, was “Judge Not” and yet sometimes His followers, Christians, have the worst reputation for being judgmental.

Sadly, judging each other is something that we all do pretty frequently, and it’s not an easy habit to overcome.

In fact, according to professor of psychology Terry Cooper, I’m being judgmental just by talking about the topic now. Terry’s the author of a book called Making Judgments Without Being Judgmental.
