Reverend Charles Costa is a man who knows all about faith under fire. He’s the minister of Ras Beirut Baptist Church – the largest Baptist church in Lebanon.

Listen – Charles Costa talks about the challenges of Christian life in a volatile region.

He grew up in Beirut, began doing church work there through the Civil War of the 70s and 80s, and now works extensively through the Middle East, speaking on radio and television, and establishing churches in a number of Middle Eastern countries.

As you can imagine, he’s familiar with the troubles of war, and the religious tensions that come with leading Christian churches in a strongly Islamic region.
