Has anyone else noticed we’ve moved away from the early days of 2023 dreaming and forecasting and into the, “I can’t believe it’s March! Easter’s just around the corner” phase of conversation?

There’s a lot of reasons why life can be begin to feel chaotic and time moves quickly but, as it does, we can forget to orient ourselves and listen in to the internal hints that something might be off. The unrelenting nature of our lives covers over the concerns of our hearts and the root issues affecting our relationships, work and wellbeing are unfortunately neglected.

Debra Fileta is an author and licensed professional counsellor specialising in relationship, sex, dating and marriage issues and she returned to Hope 103.2’s UNDISTRACTED podcast to help us understand where relational disfunction comes from, and how to address it.

Taking from her new book, Reset, Debra spoke about how to discern which feelings to trust, the best ways to deal with emotional triggers from our past and what the signs are we need a personal reset.
