Circuit Breaker is a 10-week group-based program for anyone who feels their temper is affecting the quality of their relationships.

Come and learn tips and strategies for helping to manage your emotions from our trained small group facilitators.

Cost: $50 to purchase the course handbook

We’ll then arrange a short phone interview where you can chat briefly with one of our facilitators about the program and make sure it’s suitable for you.

It’s essential that participants commit to the entire 10-week course.
