Our mission at Partners in Ministry is clear: we strive to see churches across Australia and New Zealand flourish by empowering church leaders to be not only effective but also healthy in their ministry.
Leading a church in today’s world is no small feat. Statistics reveal that one in four pastors are currently experiencing burnout. The challenges have only intensified in the aftermath of COVID, affecting not just churches but the individuals within them.
This is where Partners in Ministry offers to “walk beside Church Leaders”, offering confidential, personal, and spiritual support. We recognise the journey of ministry is both demanding and rewarding, and our goal is to ensure leaders navigate it successfully.
We recognise that all churches are different and sometimes it can be difficult to work out what the best next step may be. Partners In Ministry looks to support church leaders in their specific situation. We do not take a “cookie cutter” approach to our services. We look to provide support to fit each leader and church’s individual needs via one or all of the following services:
- Pastoral Support: walking beside leaders through coaching, mentoring, supervision, spiritual direction, and retreats.
- Church Development: providing consulting services to foster growth and sustainability within the church community.
- Leadership & Ministry Development: engaging workshops, training courses, transformational leadership, and customised learning opportunities.
